We are seeking a detailed oriented person with some knowledge or interest in electronic components to help us inspect, verify, and ship electronic components in our Seaside Park, New Jersey office.

An ideal candidate will be someone that is comfortable being a leader, excited to apply their experience, and learn the unique specialty of what we do as we will hope to groom this person for a future supervisory role.

If you have any knowledge of electronic components including ICs, Capacitors, and Resistors, either on-the-job, or as a hobby, this may be the position you have hoped to find.

Responsibiities

Inspecting Small Electronic Components for Quality Imperfections Picking & Packing Customer Orders Shipping & Receiving of small Electronic Components Using custom software to update the database Miscellaneous stockroom duties when needed

Qualification Requirements

Must be computer literate. Must navigate though a computer quickly and comfortable to update our database in our custom software. Must feel comfortable working in a small office stockroom atmosphere Must be able to stand for most of the shift and move quickly throughout the building during the entire shift Have a valid drivers license & vehicle

We are seeking an intelligent, friendly, and outgoing person to learn our office operations and be second in charge to our Director of Operations in our Seaside Park, New Jersey office.

Responsibilities

Insure office operations continue smoothly while the Director of Operations is out of the office or engaged in special projects and that telephones are answered before the third ring. Good computer skills are important, as is the ability to speak English and communicate clearly.

Qualification Requirements

The ideal candidate will be someone how has worked before as an assistant manager or in some other leadership position. This person must have strong customer service skills as they will need to insure our customers always have a positive buying experience. The person must be dependable, reliable and professional.
