PC Components is a business-to-business comercial distributor of electronic components who sells to OEMs, CM, Test Labs, Repair facilities, and other industry organizations. All quotes are subject to reconfirmation and prior sale. When you send a purchase order during business hours we will respond by returning an order acknowledgement as soon as possible, generally within 30 minutes or less. This acknowledgement tells you that we have received your order and a pick ticket has been printed. It also tells you that the parts are still showing as available to sell in our system.
An IDEA-ICE-3000 certified inspector in our Quality department will then inspect the material in accordance with IDEA-STD-1010 and provide the results along with any observations to our sales department. If the material passes inspection it will move to our shipping department and you we will email you with the tracking information.
In cases where observations are noted as part of the 1010 inspection, we will document the findings and provide them to you for disposition.
The overwhelming majority of the time things go without a hitch and orders placed before 5PM Eastern Time are shipped the same day. Our Quality process works very well which means that on occassion, problems such as count or other descrepenices may show up. When this happens you can count on us to contact you as soon as the Quality inspection has been completed.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
Our minimum order is $50. Note that this is a PO minimum and not a line item minimum. If your order does not meet our minimum order amount, try our multiple item search engine or purchase from our retail division, PremierChoiceComponents, which does not have any minimums.
We offer net payment terms to qualified OEMs and CMs. Companies who have not setup an account with PCC must first submit our Bank and Trade reference form and allow up to 72 hours for processing.
All companies may prepay using Visa, MasterCard, or American Express to a maximum of $1000.00, or bank wire transfer (TT) for any amount. If you will be paying by credit card you will be required to complete and return our Credit Card Authorization form.
New customers who request COD shipment must first complete and submit our Bank and Trade reference form. All COD shipments above any COD credit limit established, will require secured funds, unless prior arrangements are made.
PC Components ships all orders received before 5PM the same day, as long as all the paperwork is in order. PCC is located on a barrier island and UPS is now the only carrier who makes daily pickups late enough for us to ship PO's received before 5:00 PM ET the same day. If your Purchase Order requests any shipper other than UPS it will be shipped using the nearest equivalent UPS service, unless you specifically request that we do not use UPS by writing "DO NOT USE UPS" on your Purchase Order.
All orders will be shipped with transit insurance and the cost of insurance will be added to your shipping charges unless you request otherwise. Customers who do not want to pay for transit insurance must prepay, or provide a valid transit insurance certificate to guarantee our payment in the event that the shipment is lost or damaged. To avoid delay, we reserve the right to add transit insurance charges to your invoice if you request COD and have not provided us with a valid certificate of insurance.

Our parts are new and unused and meet all manufacturer specifications unless otherwise noted.
